Earning points and rules

• Maximum: up to the order total per order (e.g. 50 AZN order → max 5000 points).
• Minimum: zero — any amount can be spent (1 point = 1 qəpik discount).
• When the order is cancelled spent points are automatically refunded.
• Points cannot be converted to cash; usable only within the platform.
• Can be combined with discount coupons (coupon first, then point discount on the remainder).

• If cancelled before delivery:
  • Spent points are refunded automatically.
  • Since no points were earned yet, no earn is affected.
• If cancelled after delivery:
  • Spent points are refunded.
  • Earned points stay on balance. If abuse is detected, admin manually claws back (audit retained in LoyaltyAdjustments).
• If a low-quality review / forum post is removed — the points awarded stay on balance (no auto-revoke). For systematic abuse, admin performs a manual clawback.
• All manual adjustments are transparent — visible in your history.

To prevent bots and fake accounts from inflating points, every category has a daily limit. Resets at UTC 00:00.

In the following cases, your account's ability to earn and spend points is blocked:

• Fake accounts / opening multiple accounts to farm invite or order bonuses.
• Bot-driven forum / review spam (AI moderation catches toxic content; low-quality posts are removed by admin).
• Placing fake orders (cancelling every time without paying).
• Card brute-force, repeated wrong-password attempts.
• Sending fake / duplicate bug reports.
• More than 60 separate earn operations in 1 hour (bot/automation — auto-block). Operations starting at 25 go to admin review first.
• 3+ different accounts earning points from the same device within 30 days.

Transparent for real users, closed for bots and fake accounts:

• Every user has a unique referral code.
• If the friend signs up from the same IP/device — flagged as suspicious, admin reviews.
• Organic signup — no points unless the friend arrives via your referral link.
• You cannot invite yourself (system blocks).
• More than 100 signups in 1 hour from the same referral link are flagged as bot suspicion; more than 400 are auto-blocked. No effect on real sharing (WhatsApp group, social media) — a regular person doesn't reach such counts.
• For rejected cases the reason is shown in history in history.

• When rules change, a confirmation notice for the new version appears on your account page.
• Current balance is always preserved — past earnings are never lost when rules update.
• When an account is deleted via GDPR "right to be forgotten", all balance and history are automatically deleted and cannot be restored.
